The World Championship of Legends (WCL) promises to be more than just a fun and entertaining competition for retired professionals. According to Pakistan legend Shahid Afridi, the players will be putting their all into winning.

Set to be the newest Legends tournament, the WCL will be held in England at Edgbaston starting July 3, with approval from the England Cricket Board (ECB). This event marks a significant moment, bringing together cricket legends from around the globe. Teams from cricketing giants such as England, Australia, West Indies, South Africa, India, and Pakistan will compete, making this a landmark event.

A special highlight is the participation of Team Pakistan Champions, led by Younis Khan and Shahid Afridi. Both legends bring a wealth of experience and charisma to the tournament and promise to deliver their best for the fans.

“With the legends of the game converging, each match will be a spectacle of skill and strategy. We are poised to bring our A-game and leave an indelible mark on the WCL,” Shahid Afridi said ahead of the tournament.
